What deleting the app already does

Your lesson progress, word vault, review schedule, streak and speaking recordings are stored on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes all of it. We never had a copy.

What our server holds

Only what the free daily limit needs to work:

• a random device identifier the app generated
• a count of AI requests per day
• your chosen native language and country
• the Apple receipt, if you subscribed

There is no name, email address or phone number, because we never ask for one.

How to erase it

Send us the device identifier below. We erase every row tied to it, usually the same day and always within 30 days.

You can find your device identifier in the app under Settings, at the bottom of the page.

What we keep, and why

A record of each past purchase is kept: the date, the plan and the amount. Tax rules require a business to keep its transaction records, so we cannot delete them.

Your identifier is removed from those records first, so afterwards they no longer point at you, at your device, or at anything else about you.

Nothing else is kept.

After deletion

Deleting our rows does not cancel a subscription — Apple holds that. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

If you keep using the app afterwards, it will create a new identifier and start counting again from zero.
