Terms of use

The agreement between you and MR SOFT IT for using IELTS Prep.

Last updated 29 September 2026

Using the app

The app is provided for personal study. You may not resell, redistribute or republish its lessons, word lists or practice material.

Subscriptions

IELTS Prep offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Weekly — $1.99 per week
• Monthly — $4.99 per month
• Annual — $39.99 per year

Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app and may differ by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Any unused part of a free trial, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Community accounts

You must be 13 or older to create a Community account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In Community and on the Help board you must not:

• bully, threaten, harass or insult anyone
• post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content
• share anyone's personal details, including your own contact details
• post spam, advertising or links to other services
• cheat to gain XP or league places, or pretend to be someone else

Every post and comment is checked by a word filter. You can report any learner, post or comment, and block any learner. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and ban the accounts that post it, without warning.

What we do not promise

The app teaches IELTS technique and English. It cannot guarantee a band score. Your result depends on your own study and on the day of the test.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, or any other examination body. IELTS is their trademark, used here only to describe what the app helps you prepare for.

Availability

Most of the app works without a connection. AI features need our server and may be unavailable during maintenance. Free accounts have a daily limit on AI requests.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
